If the front office and coaching staff are drafting based on the media, they have already failed.
Plus I don't think Dion is physically up to the NFL coaching grind.

Woody would be the guy behind that move. I'm not saying they are drafting to satisfy the media. Not in the least. I just think most teams did not want the perceived headache. Come to think of it, if the Jets drafted Shedur I believe Coach Prime wouldn't have let Him play for the Jets.
Shedur would have pulled a Manning or Elway imo.
I don't think it would have turned out well for either side if the Jets and Shedur had happened.

Well I was talking about Eli and not Peyton. That's why Elway  is relevant.
Should've been clearer on that I guess.

Hearing that, I am almost certain Shedur and Prime would've been or become a package deal.
I just don't see it ending well considering it's the Jets.

Well I heard the story told directly by Parcells, Payton and Archie ,all at different times. I guarantee you never heard Parcells say that. You never read it from a credible source.
You heard some variation here or from another fan forum....

Parcells admitted to Eli and Peyton on that Monday Night Football broadcast they did, that Yes Parcells would have drafted Payton if he came out.
