Bell is a big a distraction as Brown, possibly more. Brown loves the game and will give you 100 on Sunday.

Yep you're right. I meant Gase and you're also right that paying them big money to sit on the bench wouldn't be good if it was for very long but if they really want to play and I expect that would be the case the prospect of that happening might tame them down a bit. It wouldn't be good for their image sort of mindset. Then again Gase has been known to play favorites on occasion. Hate to see Jets getting another Johnson type screwing. We both know how that would sit with the fan base.

Both were coddled and allow to run wild with the Steelers. Don't think they will have much respect for Gase, especially if their , money is guaranteed. If we had a more veteran team, we could probably get by with one distraction. I just can't see them fitting in a very young locker room.

Don’t forget, the Jets aren’t the only team with significant cap space. The Colts and Browns have money to burn, too. I saw the list the other day, and there’s roughly 8 teams who are going to spend big.
If your talking about Bell and Brown then I hope your right. We don’t need that diva headache bullshit here. We need hard worker, dedicated and preferable younger players that can grow with Darnold for a ten year or more stretch. I’m hoping for the triplet type thing the Cowboys had. Pipe dream I know but I’m hoping the Jets draft this year our top flight WR and RB. We already have our QB and TE. Put all that together with a oline and you have a young championship offense within the next 2-3 years.
I worry about Macc's picks. He's not the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to drafting.
