Jets injury report: C.J. Mosley still a concern

As has been the case all season, the Jets’ injury report was filled with non-participants on Wednesday afternoon.

C.J. Mosley (groin) will not practice despite playing in Monday night’s game. Adam Gase said the medical staff will do a “deep dive” on Mosley’s injury, adding that the linebacker “never seemed comfortable” in Monday’s game.

The Jets didn’t know what was wrong because going in he looked “really good” and at practice, he showed no signs of injury.

You could clearly see in the game that he wasn't himself (he should not have been out there)

yeah. not like it matters at this point. I was thinking if I was him I'd be playing in the cheetah game no matter what. looks like he may have thought that too and really shouldn't have played

either that or he has become a Jet already after playing only a half and he now sucks.

I am SICK of JETS being a destination for Players getting paid big money and then all of a sudden Injury prone and out all the time! Jets Management better start waking up on judging these SCUMBAG SCAMMERS making them millionaires on vacation. Whats next? I waiting for Bell to go out for season next. Got Paid, my back hurts giving me my Millions like I was taught in College Im owed. lmao Im done with Jets till they get to Playoffs. Probably in my grave.

In all fairness, any of these guys can sustain a season/career ending injury on any given play so it's just impossible to predict.

Before he pulled the groin he was hands down our best player out there on defense (wasn't even close) and as soon as he went down the entire defense changed (there's no arguing that).

He obviously rushed back and wasn't ready (that's just as much on him as the training staff, he should have known he couldn't go 100 before he stepped on the field).

Let him rest and get back to 90% before we put him back on the field and I guarantee he will be a beast again.

No argument there but there is just no way to predict that. It can happen to anyone, this is a violent sport and people get hurt daily (forget games, guys go down in practice all the time, just ask AJ Green)

In his defense, the O line has a direct effect on the offense... I feel the frustration tho!
