well we have a QB that can't read/throw every route and that hasn't stopped them from trotting him out there every game

He asked for a trade. Does nobody find it odd the Jets have a lot of players that want out? Well it's not odd to want to leave the Jets, but this current staff has pushed quite a few players out the door. I'm sure that will help sign good players in the future.

It's not that Zach or Hack can't, or won't, use him. It's that Xavier has been exactly what Hardman was brought in to be.
I could see this point if it wasn't for Cobb playing nearly 60% of the slot snaps. Cobb has given us nothing as far as offensive production and if we are going to say he is a good blocker, I think it would be stupid as all hell to have Cobb out there to block instead of going 12 or 13 personnel and putting extra TE's out there.
This is after 5 games? This is really the best we can do in the slot position?
Again, this is a WR that our QB can't ever see or hit in stride, there is a reason we aren't using a slot WR much.
The Jets are not going to the playoffs. They will not be a .500 team this year. Get something for Hardman. Your not getting anything for Cobb. Build for the Draft. Unload Tomlinson, Lawson, Conklin, Dalvin Cook, Mosley and Zach Wilson. Let the young guys fill in while building draft capital.
I agree, so run some Jets sweep and the same dump offs your running with the slow ass guys out there
The Aaron Rodgers effect. He should have been cut the day after Rodgers was hurt.
I would argue, with the extremely limited QB play that we have, we need way more trick plays which means Hardman should be seeing extended play time.
