As we sink deeper and deeper into the winter season April seems a long way off. The Jets still
have 10 more games to go in a season which will, miracles aside, not see them play post-season.
Based on the team's performance in the first 7 games, fair-weather fans will start packing it in
for the season. Still, for those of us willing to tough it out, there's parts of each game we can enjoy.
The Jets are atop the list of field goals attempted and made: 14 of 14. Mr. Gregory Zuerlein would
be welcome on any team.

While our present starting QB, Mr. Justin Fields, does not marry well with the team, April will bring
the promise of a replacement in the draft. And let's not forget Mr. Brady Cook. To date, this 24 year
old has no statistics to his credit. The Jets might do well to begin evaluating him now rather than later.

Whether Mr. Cook or some as yet un-named draft pick will take the field in the first game of the
2026 season, he will have the experience of Mr. Tyrod Taylor to draw upon. Mr. Taylor has been there
and done that, wearing a number of uniforms in the process. Retaining him is a no-brainer.

If all goes well, I'll post a Jets musings each Friday during the rest of the season. I hope you enjoy the read. Torus34.

Pretty decent read there, Mr. New Jersey Jets! Lol

Hi, Jets82!

I'm glad you enjoyed my little scribble. I'll do my best to make further editions worth the reading.

For the record, I'm an old geezer who writes poetry. These weekly mutterings are a pleasant break
from the hard work of poeming. Words, you might say, are my Lego(r) blocks.

Regards, and best wishes to you and yours.
