Unforeseeable Injuries this should be the defensive unit heading into the season...

We should be better for a number of reasons:

• a year's experience in GW's defense;
• full year from both ILBs;
• Better CBs;
• bounce back year from HAnderson;
• QW shakes off the rookie inconsistency and is in better condition for year #2; and
• we get unexpected contributions from a couple of rookies: Zuniga, Davis and possibly Hall.

have to wonder if Joe Douglas is listening to offers for Quinnen Williams, just saying has upside but the what ifs about his production if he doesn't come out of the gates strong this year...

Anderson is a steady veteran leader but there is plenty of competition, mostly raw but there... Not to mention that competition is less costly...

Think two priority rookies could sneak on to the active 53 in Huff and S Carter... Also believe we won't carry as many inside linebackers as we have now and a player like Cashman is on the bubble especially with the return of both Burgess and Hewitt...

Hoping Mosley & Williamson are starting for us but the word is Avery is still a trade option just because of the signing of Patrick Onwusar...

Pierre Desir and Bless Austin could likely be a solid tandem along with another strong year from Brian Poole... People still clamoring for the Jets to sign Logan Ryan don't believe he is needed in our secondary...

If you want my humble opinion,,,,,,,,,,I like this line-up. Quinnen and Nathan both need to step up their game this year. Their production wasn't bad last season but it wasn't up where it should have been either. Nathan has already been relayed my opinion on this, not that it carries any weight probably. We don't need Logan. He's most effective in the slot and we already have that well covered.
