If there was ever a last name absolutely tailor made for a QB with the Jets.

"The team is planning to sign David Fales to back up Luke Falk, The Post’s Brian Costello confirmed. Fales has experience with Jets coach Adam Gase, serving as a backup quarterback in Miami for two seasons while Gase was the head coach of the Dolphins.

Fales, 28, has completed 31 of 48 passes for 287 yards, one touchdown and one interception in his NFL career. Fales was with the Lions this summer, but was waived in August."
