Good. This Kid has had retreads and nobodies throwing him the ball and he  still succeeded. Big time. He earned his.
I hope Wilson and Fields light up the Shared Stadium this year.

Definitely happy about this. He’s a good kid. Produced with sub par qb’s and someone who favored his friend over talent. Hopefully the reunion between him and Fields will send them both to the next level.

Feel bad for him. He’s now stuck here for a long time

and that seems like a ton of money

same goes for Sauce

I don’t know if Garrett will truly ever live up to his potential because of there QB situation but if Fields can have a decent season, GW is good for at least 80 catches and 1,000 yards this year and hopefully ALOT MORE. I’d love to see his catching touchdown production go way up but that all depends on who’s throwing him the ball and can they get it to him!

Garrett will be fine. If he can deal with Zach Wilson then he can deal with Justin Fields. At least they had some chemistry at one point. Now can Fields get him the ball in the NFL is the question.

I believe so. If the scheme fits Justin, then he’ll be able to make it happen.

Actually butter, he already has, and under the worst of conditions. He's earned this payday.
Not really but now he needs to shine

Yes, Garrett Wilson has had some issues with dropped passes, though his overall performance and efficiency metrics have also seen improvements. While he's been targeted heavily throughout his career and makes some spectacular catches, there's also been noticeable drop issues.

Here's a more detailed breakdown:
  • Drops Occur:
There's evidence of Wilson dropping passes, particularly during certain periods, like a three-week span where he was reportedly nursing an elbow injury.

  • Drops in Relation to Other Metrics:
Some analysts note that while his overall efficiency metrics have improved, there were some drops in metrics like average separation and route win rate.

  • Impact of Drops:
Drops can have a negative impact on a team's performance, potentially leading to turnovers or missed opportunities.

  • Wilson's Response:
There's also been evidence of Wilson acknowledging and taking responsibility for dropped passes.

  • Not an Outlier:
While not an outlier, some have noted that he is tied for first in fumbles lost by a wide receiver since 2023.

  • Focus on Catch Rate:
Despite these issues, Wilson is a highly targeted receiver and is known for making some incredible catches, highlighting his overall talent and potential.
