As per Profootballtalks.com, the Jets have received inquiries about the availability of Milliner for a mid to late round draft pick.
The Jets stated that not at this time is he available.
What round pick would you trade Milliner for?
I get the feeling this is a non story. What would any team be willing to give up for him based on his production and injuries? I'd think, next to nothing......
I think people are getting lost in Milliner's value versus answering your question. What round would you start really thinking about it? As of today, a 2nd rd pick would lead me to move him. Im not saying a team would be willing to give up a 2nd rd pick, but if Dallas, Chicago, Bucs, The Eagles, Washington, Oakland, Panthers, 9ers, or another team desperate called the Jets needing a CB really bad, and asked what it would take to get Milliner, I'd first say we arent ready to move him, and when they ask hypothetically if you were what would it take...a 2nd rd pick and it would be done. We have 3 CBs ahead of him and 2nd rd value for a CB coming off an Achilles is a nice swap in terms of value. Milliner may or may not be a #1 CB some day, so a 2nd rd pick back I feel would be fair comp, even if he turned into a true #1 for someone else...

Just got an update that the Jets are shopping Dee Miliner. All it said was that they would not accept a mid or late round pick. Anyone have more info? What do you think?

The Jets have remade their cornerback corps this offseason by signing Darrelle Revis, Antonio Cromartie and Buster Skrine, something that might not have been necessary had Dee Milliner’s first two NFL seasons gone a bit better.
Injuries hampered Milliner heading into his rookie season in 2013 and he struggled to fulfill his responsibilities on the field once the season got underway. A torn Achilles wiped out his second season after three games, leaving the Jets without much reason to count on him as a major contributor to their defense in 2015.
It’s also reportedly led some teams to see if they could acquire Milliner on the cheap. Manish Mehta of the New York Daily News reports the Jets have received inquiries about trading Milliner from other teams, but that the Jets have told them that they aren’t willing to deal their 2013 first-round pick for a mid- or late-round draft pick at the moment.
The plan at the moment is for the new coaching staff to have a look at Milliner before deciding on next steps, although it’s not clear when he’ll be cleared to resume doing football work and could miss the offseason program. If they like what they see, Milliner could see a fair amount of time as a fourth cornerback — Todd Bowles used six defensive backs often in Arizona — and the Jets would likely prefer to see that, rather than a fifth-round pick, be the return on their investment.
I think it's too early to give up on him. I think when healthy and not rushed back into the line up Milliner can be a good player. He has shown in spurts and that last month of '13 that he can play. Health is the concren, i also think that he could possibly switch to FS if need be.
If some team offered up a 1st, you would have to seriously consider it, but i think/hope this kid can get and stay healthy and be part of the future for Bowles and the Jets.
