I will say this CJ is not a loser.....thank god
or the NY lifestyle lolI wonder how much of the injury proneness is due 2 lack of proper training, conditioning, etc...
Its the current CBA, less off-season work is what is leading to the increase in injuries. It's league wide. Guys just are not in game shape. The next CBA is coming in 2021, and there should be an extension to OTAS. Make it a 2 -3 week period pre camp with no meetings or classes, Nothing allowed but stretching sessions and related activities. Ballet, martial arts. We would see the early, non contact injuries like Hamstrings, ACLs, groin pulls reduced by more than 50 %.I wonder how much of the injury proneness is due 2 lack of proper training, conditioning, etc...
GREAT POST! Thanx! Its the current CBA, less off-season work is what is leading to the increase in injuries. It's league wide. Guys just are not in game shape. But it won't happen. The NFLPA is fighting for less time in camp. If they get it, we will see even more injuries come 2022.
$8.5 million per tackle....
YeeeeOwch!Less than the scone/oolong tea budget for the Johnson Brothers.
