Hate to say it, but they are probably preparing for the worst with Decker.

Another Rich Caster for sure... he was fast for a big man.

If we're not gonna use Kerley as a WR, he's pretty much useless as a return man, so we might as well trade or release him and sign a developmental guy with size like Pryor or Washington, which is clearly what Gailey prefers from his WR's.
