Just checked. The last play Powell was on the field for was at 9:14 of the 3rd. That was the TD pass to Marshall. Powell wasn't involved, and ran a route.
I knew it!!

And they even had Ridley on the field in the 4th Qtr, so they were spelling Ivory, just not with Powell, which makes zero sense unless there was an injury, because Powell was dominating in the first half.

I have a bad feeling about this.

I don't want to beat a dead horse, but IMO Powell has been our best RB throughout this five game winning streak.

Ivory has sort of faded, strong first half of the season, mediocre second half, but Powell has picked up the slack and he's made countless big plays to sustain drives or score TD's.

This is an enormous hit if he's out or limited for Buffalo.

Your right that Powell has been playing lights out lately. When Ridley came in to replace him he did pretty well running the ball (7-36), but Powell was exceptional receiving out of the back field.

Not going to panic yet, but if they sign an off the street FA to replace him, I'll have to rethink that.

Bowles in his pressed after the game said everyone was alright so I think he's good. Prob just needs to rest

It looks like the high ankle sprain that doged him earlier in the year springing up again.

Bilal Powell (ankle) was limited in Wednesday's practice.
Powell has battled the ankle for the past couple months. He should be fine for Week 17 against the Bills. Powell has out-touched Chris Ivory in 3-of-4 games and will likely be leaned on with everything on the line Sunday. Dec 30 - 4:00 PM
