Jets UFAs

The Jets have eight unsigned UFAs, Tyrod Taylor QB, Herbert RB, Johnson & Reynolds WR, Saunders and Tufele DL, Oliver S and Boyd DB. Based on the Jets free agency & draft so far, which of these guys if any might land a future gig at the Jets? Herbert, Johnson and Reynolds are probably toast, but AFAIK Boyd was shot before he played a down for the Green & White,

I’d say Taylor still has a job with gang green. Jets will probably draft a QB in the 4-5 round. They might even wait and go later then that or the unrestricted rookie route. Either way, it won’t be anything that they will be expecting the rookie to be the #3, let alone the #2. Plus the young QBs the have on the roster now are toast!

Boyd would be the only one that makes sense due to his special team value, but wasn't his being able to return to football doubtful after the shooting? If I remember he had bullet fragments enter his lung and block his pulmonary artery. Taylor could come back strictly by default....

Yeah, now Beck AND Allar are gone in the third round it might make more sense to give Tyrod another year than draft a warm body just for the sake of it.
