I think Fitz had 15 ints.I think the experts under estimate the young talent (Mauldin, Williams, Lee and Jenkins) on defense and they have no clue how Bowles Schemes for a game because now he has the speed he craves with those 3 LB'ers...... The key as it has been for years will be the QB play.. whoever it is... we get Fitz and a repeat of last year 11-5 is possible.... We get anyone of these young QBs to play mistake free football we go 10-6. We get anyone of the QBs to play at Fitz's level of last year with less turnovers ( I am specifically talking 9 or less Ints).... WATCH OUT!!!!
It's not the opponents that bother me about the schedule, it's all of the short rest before the toughest teams. A lot of short rest and travel combined makes it hard to heal and practice.12 wins is a bit lofty, imo. We'll win some we shouldn't, lose some we shouldn't, and be competitive in most. If we can get some relatively decent QB play, I see us as a 9-7 team. We play some tough teams this year, but I think we'll be tough ask for our opponents. Our defense should be fun to watch.

Yep he had 15...... Minus his Int's against the Bills in both games last year ans we probably win both and win the division at 12-4... Big if's
I think 10 wins this year. I feel we got better short and long term, without the short term guys hand cuffing our future. This seems wildly optimistic, I would say. 12 wins comes across as high with this schedule.
I'm not sure the team got better in the short run, though I think it did in the long run. This may be a one-step-back year, in preparation of a leap forward very soon.
'82' there's a part of me that agrees with you about a youth movement at QB, but the stink of 2 QBs rushed into a starting position before they were ready is still fresh in my mind. For that reason only I would like to see Fitz for at least one more year, and then we should have a good idea as to what we have in either Petty or Hack. The flip-side of that is that our safety blanket WR's (Marsh/Deck) may not be around to help the young QBs. There really isn't a perfect answer to our current QB situation, but the best one is probably Fitz.
