Now the seats $500,000 are good for 10 days a year for 15 years The room is good for parties, Football baseball movies etc for 365 days a year for 50 years. The seats are for four while the room could hold 25 or more. The room should grow in value while the Psl sink like the Titanic
Now each year you must buy 10 games x four seats x around $600.00 a seat $24,000 a year plus parking etc figure $25,000 a year
The room would be around $5,000 on taxes & lets say 10 X $400.00 for food a booze per game = $9,000 a year compared to $25,000.
So bottom line is this is the joke of the day. Yes it is a drop in the bucket for some but man it is a waste
