Funny. when I look back over the 60 or so years I've ben watching pro football and think of the best players I've seen, Greene isn't even on my radar. In fact, I had to look him up to see who he was, and the teams for which he had played.
He is high on the all time sack list? He must have been the football equivalent of a "compiler". Not a single one of his games or key moments stands out in my mind.
Then again, there is only one player* who ever made the Pro Bowl at three different positions and he isn't in the Pro Football HOF, so it has no credibility to me, anyhow.
