next to nothing in off sets so if he goes down they were phucked in this deal... but everything is a gamble and the rewards for Chicago may out weigh the odds...
It’s a great point. The Jets need a pass rushing difference-maker in the worst way, but this player is best suited to a team that’s close to a SB.
The Bears have a nice looking front 7 with Roquan Smith, Mack, and Floyd. And Kyle Fuller is a good CB. Now they just need Mitch Trubisky to play up to his potential in order to complete with the Vikings and Packers.
The money he is getting is sick.

Actually if Bears have a good season the Raiders will get late first round picks. Oh since the Raiders gave a second rounder back in 2nd year and Raiders are bad, it will just be like swapping picks to move up 7 spots. lmao. Gruden isnt good at Drafting and wee will see what he gets for those late round picks! Bet it wont be anything as good as he gave. Our GM isnt better past the first round.
And his 3 first round picks all fell in his lap. Although he made a good trade to be in that position.

Lets also remember he has had decreased stats since his 15 sack season. He will disappear for games also.
And all those stats mean nothing now. Mack can be negated pretty easily.
