Tannenboob put us in cap hell and annually pissed away half our draft picks on incredibly stupid trade ups for such superstars as Suckchez, Greene and Hill, not to mention pissing away two picks for Tebow

When evaluating drafts, I don't believe that you can pin all of the blame or give all of the credit to the GM. The coaching staff has to be held just as accountable in some cases for not only the evaluation process, but also the development of those players once on-board. I think that Ryan was horrible on both fronts, and should be just as responsible for the lack of talent on the roster for the 6 seasons that he was HC. He and Bradway were the only constants during that time that spanned 2 GM's, 3-4 OC's, etc.
