He might do ok there with McVeigh. He was mostly a bad fit here.
dude is not conceited he's convinced & he's married to a system that he has huge blind spots in..

& he comes off as a spiteful/petty little prick.. to me anyway..

but he's under the shanahan umbrella, so he will keep a job in the league until he's tired of coaching..

Inexplicably, the Rams made a typical Jet move: Hire a guy who has been sloth excrement as OC the last two years a few days after he's fired by one of the worst NFL teams on offense. Well, at least LaFleur displayed superb ability developing Zach Wilson. Should work out fine for the "petite flower".

He will do great if McVay calls the plays.
That's kind of my point. In contrast with Ullbrich, when Ullbrich gets in a mess, Saleh is there to bail him out. Lafleur on the Jets had nobody above him and couldn't stand on his own. I think that Hackett can.
