Awesome point he had in this video that I haven’t seen talked about at all is LaFleur. He had his rookie growing pains as well. First time offensive coordinator. He learned what worked with Wilson and what didn’t just as much as Zach did.
As long as LaFleur doesn’t pull a Gase and believe that his way is right with no bend or compromise, the offense from a coaching standpoint as well as the massive infusion of talent could be a HUGE plus for our team.
