LaFleur was a bad innovator on offense when it came to not only backing drafting the bonehead, I am the number 2 god that can not throw a short pass to save his life. He also backed signing 49ers free agent Laken Tomlinson who came in got nearly a guaranteed contract. Last year he was one big failure sorry but hated the signing.
Looking at the line he does not have a spot because right now Becton is left tackle we need someone who can help protect AR at all cost and that is AVT and he is expected to be ready. Just saying I do not trust the James Carpenter type Laken. A moving pocket Tomlinson works and he failed with the play calling last season. McGovern did not help but he is done the rookie has that job.
We know Laken restructured his contract but omg not worth keeping him on opening day roster. We have 4 young guns we need a 5th of Whiskey to finish and have a competitive OL this year.
Would love Brent Laing or Chris Glaser make the push for RG then we have our 5. Keeping veterans like Brown, Cajuste, Schweitzer, Senat and Pankey makes sense.
Time to cut bait, trade this chump, get a 5th for him maybe 4th to a thirsty team
