I feel really bad for Sam Darnold. The Cinderella slippers have finally come off. He had everything he needed with the Vikings and when they needed him the most the past weeks, he turns back into what we always thought he was. With the Jets he had nothing and they crushed him but this was his bounce back opportunity. The chance for him to prove he’s that guy and get the bag and that’s dead now. He just proved tonight that he’s not capable of being a franchise QB. Damn Darnold, I was rooting for you but you came up severely short!

I don't feel bad for Sam. I don't feel bad for the Team that's probably going to give Him a boatload of cash in FA in few months. Sam just earned himself a nice payday. I hope the Giants sign him. Because Sam cannot handle pressure of any kind. On the Field or off of the field it seems. Good Luck. Stay away Woody or I swear ro all that's Holy I'll Brain ya.

BOO........The OL was not the problem.......Sam had time but held too long and pass plays were either covered or took too long to develop and Sam was slow to look elsewhere - ghosts appeared. This is him. You can beat up a weak schedule of Caspers but the ones that come out in crunch time are scary. Bottom line is he folded vs real competition. He's a game manager with a lot of weapons. Have to imagine KOC is thnking he can coach up McCarthy to at least this.. Throw away the 14 wins...an anomaly no one should be expected to repeat. Schedule unfolded perfectly for them as well. Don't be fooled.
