In addition to to his three sacks he had five qb hurries on just 30 or so pass attempts by Dalton. The sky is the limit for him and the dline.

According to PFF, Bengals had the 8th best Oline last year. Imagine against a weaker line.

With the emergence of Williams, the signing of MO and this kid Lawrence Tomas coming out of nowhere I am beginning to think Sheldon will be traded this off season for a few picks

I'll completely and gladly accept pie in my face. In 2015, i thought there was no need to draft this guy.

I believe within this year and 2017, he will be the best defensive lineman in the game, over shadowing JJ Watt.

(if the opportunity arises to trade Sheldon, IMHO Mike has got to do it...........Throw in Geno as well)

The Jets got really lucky that this kid slid all the way to #6 Overall. I thought he was the best player in the draft, A LOT OF PEOPLE DID, but that draft was loaded in the TOP 5 so I could see how it was conceivable he could slide to #5, but the Redskins went brain-dead when they passed at #5 for an Offensive Guard. I don't care if Brandon Scherff turns into a HOF OG, you don't pass on a monster D-lineman like Leonard Williams, arguably the best player in the draft, for an OG.

So we got lucky in three ways:

1. Two blue-chip QB's (Winston and Mariota) were locks to go 1 & 2 to Tampa and Tennessee.

2. Fowler and Cooper were universally viewed as an elite edge rusher and WR, two premium positions that filled big needs for the teams drafting 3 & 4 (Jax and Oakland).

3. The Redskins GM had his head up his ass at #5

Thus the anatomy of a steal.

IMO this kid has a JJ Watt ceiling, his talent is that immense.

He absolutely killed it on Sunday. I'd be looking to trade Sheldon for sure. We can't afford to give all our linemen Mo contracts.

The only question I have is, "Do you think William's numbers will surpass Mo's this season?" All I can tell you is I would not be surprised in the least. He was truly AWESOME last Sunday....

Williams looks to be solid. So good I thought I'd buy his rookie booklet card autograph to add to my Jets collection. We will see if he is worthy to be in my Jets greats auto card collection with Namath-Maynard-Gastineau-Klecko or will he go in the bin with Coples-Davis auto's. Time will tell.
