In about an hour. End of season wrap-up.
Not much to say in my opinion.
Rich Cimini
Brian Costello @BrianCozKnowing Maccagnan, he'll say the following:
"We obviously didn't meet our expectations this year"
"We've still got some work to do"
"We're very confident in some of the youth on this roster to take the next step"
"We feel very confident heading into next season".
Another press conference with not much substance.
The problem with Maccagnin's pressers is that they seem dull after the exciting, dynamic and entertaining way Bowles handles the press. High energy presentations are hard to follow.
DisagreeHe'll keep that smug, arrogant scowl on his face as if to indicate to the media and fans, "don't you dare question me, I know better than all of you."
The fact is objectively speaking, his last draft was almost complete crap. Lee is miscast in this defense. The team got nothing from Hack this season and apparently if the fired coaches are any indication, Hack can't hit the ocean. That's not exactly a ringing endorsement?
If it weren't for a punter and a few role specific WR's, the fans would be wanting Mac fired as much as toilet.
That is the objective truth. So when you see that stupid, disgusting looking grin on Mac's don't be fooled. That's only him trying to deflect his own feeling of stupidity.
BB is intentionally a Jerk. Disdain for nfl office and media.Bowles is unbearable. His monotone voice, brief answers, and the impression he has no desire to talk to the media makes listening to him about as exciting as staring at a bunch of cows in pasture.
It works for Belichick because of his resume. He can get away with being a jerk.
