i agree..

thing is, with marshall, he's just as likely to go off the rails at anytime as well..

but we all know that.....

The fact of the matter is that our veterans who should be providing leadership are at the end of the string. Mangold, Harris, Revis aren't doing it on the field and are quiet on top of that. The group that theoretically should be stepping into the role, are a long line of failed draft picks from the Tanny and Idzik eras. There's a huge void, and its not going to be filled overnight.
