It looks like, with 4 games remaining, they are on a pace for 2,500 yards 25 TD's between them . It also look like both of them are aon thr same page wit Fitzpatrick.

Last 4 games should be fun to watch.

Yes, the chemistry with Fitz is amazing. Great and fun to see out on the field. We actually have a passing attack! Can't remember the last time seeing one out there for the Jets.

Fitz has a ton of confidence in these two players to be at the right place and to make the catch. If Fitz is smart, which I know he is, he continue to feed them the ball. Not much can go wrong there.

Decker in my opinion is the top #2 wr in this league.

Marshall (12-131) & Decker (8-101) became the first Jets WR duo to surpass 100 receiving yards in a road win since Toon & Walker in '86.

Geez that is depressing. Brings home how shitty this franchise has been for many, many years!!

How many catches, TDs and yards are they each projected to have, if all continues to go well? I'm guessing Marshall at about 110 catches, about 1400 yards and about 14 TDs. Decker about 80 catches, about 1100 yards and 11 TDs.

Yesterday, with 4 games left in the season, Marshall became just the 2nd WR in Jets history to put up a season with 80+ receptions, 1,000+ yards and 10+ TDs. Keyshawn in 98 and Marshall this year.

He shows how important it is to an offense to have that big physical WR with a big catch radius who knows how to go up and get the ball. How many times has Fitz just thrown one up high to him in the end zone and he goes and gets it. Hopefully we can go get a young guy like that in one of the next two drafts so we are set when Brandon decides to hang them up.

Could of had him already and his name is Kevin White.

We don't know that. He hasn't played lol
Very true and pretty safe to assume he would have also gotten hurt with us for the entire year also but maybe not. Also nothing against Williams and not saying he won't be a great player or worth the pick but how many damn d-linemen do we need? Imagine whay a healthy White would have done with Marshall and Decker and also imagine how much more that would have helped Fitz, WOW!

Lots of DL right now, but what is it going to be in a year or so?

Snacks FA
MO FA
Richardson Who knows, maybe suspended.

The draft isn't just to fill needs for one year. Where they screwed the pooch was in last years draft. With all those pick, just should have gotten more talent at WR

White hasn't played for the Bears and he wouldn't have played for the Jets. If we had drafted White, this fan base would have been unbearable all year. And high draft pick who misses his first season due to injury? White, Bowles, and Macc would have been tarred, feathered and carried out of MetLife on a spit.

Williams was the perfect pick. It was unreal that he was there.

A Marshall-like receiver must be in the cards in this or next years draft.

I don't know about that... We have had some decent to really good WR's over the years... We just haven't had consistent QB play over the years..

Wesley Walker
Al Toon
Rob Moore
Heck Chris Burkett was a pretty good WR for a few years
Wayne Chrebet
keyshawn Johnson
Jeff Graham
Laverneous Coles
Santana Moss
jehrico Cothchery
Braylon Edwards
Santonio Holmes (before his meltdown)
Plaxico Burress ( decent year but in the middle of the beginning of the end for Sanchez and Rex)
Jeremy Kerely..

Tried to list them chronologically

Now clearly Decker and Marshall are better than almost all of these WR's but those were some good WR's that played with inconsistent QB play for many years whether due to injury or just bad QB'ing..... Fitz brings consistency, stability and most importantly serious leadership to a position that we havent had any since heck maybe O'Brien... Penny was the one that was always hurt but he could have been all that.
