Tell that to Miami, every time they need to beat Geno in their home field to make the playoffs, he kicks their ass somehow. For something you describe as fact, the phins havent found a defensive coordinator that can figure him out for some reason...
Sorry, i was busy asking teams that faced Geno when "He" had something on the line, not a meaningless game.
Two years in a row, Geno played in a meaningless Jets game where there was absolutley no pressure on him whatsoever and he did amazing.
Though we should ask credible teams not at the end of the season, but teams in the thick of the schedule when games count:
Chicago
Detroit
San Diego
Buffalo
KC-Oh that's right, he was benched for that game.
Both Bills games
When the season is on the line, He misses team meetings....He flips the bird at HIS OWN FANS-Only to turn around and say, "I've shown flashes of being a Pro Bowler".
I'd take my chances to see what Matt has. Geno is a lost cause.
There is a reason why Bowles and Mac are looking for his replacement. SUre he's on the team. But so was Stephen Hill last year at training camp. New Regime, New rules. Geno is not Mac's investment.
55, we've been through this countless times last year debating over Geno "Ceiling" (i think it's more of a basement). I envy how your still pulling for the guy after last season. Your more worthy of my Signatures at the bottom of my post than i'am.
I really and honestly want to be proven wrong by Geno. I hope i eat crow for the duration of Geno's career (as long as he's in a Jets uni).
Kudos man.
(By the way Kudos were the best snacks on earth in the late 80's, right?!!!! Dude, i wouldn't mind accompanying Eating Crow with this delicious delicacy of a nutragrain bar )
