The difference isn't Rodgers being gone.
It's the addition of a true OC and not some retread loser stuck to the bottom of an aging QBs shoe.
And a QB who may actually follow the gameplan instead of winging it.
I loved getting AR too but let's face it, it was time to pull the plug. It just wasn't working.

I always liked Fields coming out. I felt He never had a really stable situation in Chicago.
I'm hoping to get a Geno Smith like Renaissance from Mr Fields with the Jets.

The problem is usually there is a three to four year window. If we bust with him we start over with a new QB. Give him three years & we must replace 65 pct of our current players......

Not true at all. That window would reset with the Rookie QB on a 5 year rookie deal.

That's already needed. JD drafted poorly. Only 3 players to extend currently and having a QB on his rookie deal makes it easy to do

Glenn was a major part of their development. He brings the same mindset and blueprint here.
All we can do is see what happens. We went all in for an instant win and failed. Now we pay for that attempt.

I'm sure Glenn would also make the playoffs with a top 5 QB same as any good coach. Getting that top 5 QB is the problem...

Yep. Like Tony I agree..........the pages are empty waiting for him to fill. Based on what I hear about him from others that have worked with him and know him I think that those pages have at least a chance of being interesting and satisfying. Let's hope.
