Bills at Jets 10/17/88. and Halloween is around the corner. This is Years ago we got our ass handed to us. ( hello next week). It was like 31-0 right before half we scored a Td
Someome brought inflatable to the game and people were punching it to each other. All around the stadium. A couple times it landed on the field and eventually security deflated the pumpkin and took it in the tunnel.
To the raucous boooos of the crowd Next
The crowd started the chant " We want the Pumpkin" we want the pumpkin
Hilarious
Next was an inflatable blowup girl doll bouncing around the stadium
The crowd boos
Then
We want the pumpkin!!!!!
Give away hats are set on fire
The stadiums burning down !!!!

She may have been there
Craziest crowd I’ve ever seen
Dunks fights beer flying

Any way
Right before the half starts they bring out the pumpkin filled with air
Hold it up ........
And the crowd cheers like we just won the game .......the Super Bowl!!!

It amazes me all the shit that you remember. The past 50 years all blur into one shittyy game for me and all I can remember is that we do the same stupid shit year in and year out no matter who the gym, coaches or players are. Sure there is an occasional good run, but it’s only to set us up for the big loss to Miami earlier or belichick later
