I know some were critical of the Simpson signing because of his PFF ratings. Moses, on the other hand, has quite high PFFs.
Never should have let him go. Time to get him ready for IR.
Correction........5 sacks allowed but that isn't great either. Moses has been here before and over all he's good, not great, but for a 33 year old he's still good. We really got him pretty cheap. That 6th round pick we gave up for him was a comp pick and his salary is somewhere between 5 and 6 mil if I'm not mistaken. His 6 penalties for the season, at least were not holding calls, 2 off sides and 4 false starts, so he'll have to learn Rogers' cadence which can be tricky. All in all I think it's a decent signing and he's already familiar with Simpson. It also likely means that AVT can slide into his best position......guard.
Please say no...that means another 40 years wandering the football fields without a winner.

Really over the last 3 seasons he's been pretty reliable. He played all 17 in 2021 and 2022 and missed 3 in 2023 with a nagging shoulder injury. A couple cans of spinach and he should be good to go for 24.

In all likelihood Bakhtiari. I would want him on an incentive-laden deal, and I would want them to examine his knee for ages before actually signing him. Not that the Jets' medical staff has been that reliable...

A couple of the flight crew would have been better. They could have flashed the OLB's and distracted them long enough for ball zach to get the pass off

I think you have to consider injury protection in the contract for either one but I also think Bakhtyari would come on a much cheaper deal. It's a toss up for me.

If I remember he left for more money than the Jets were willing to pay so now that his price is more affordable they want him back. It's all about economics these days. LOL
BUT..............we can't have our cake and eat it too.
