Great pick. Love his size and his arm. He needs a year or two, but he could be the guy down the road. Very nice.
Petty has been the # 3 QB in this draft on my board for months. I thought he was a early to mid 2, no later than an early (very early) 3, so I'm pleasantly surprised he was even on the board for us at the start of day three.
I think Geno and Simms battle it out for the third spot. Petty's roster spot is assured.
