• Proposal No. 16 ‐ Prohibit players from pushing teammates in attempts to block punts (Submitted by Baltimore)

• Proposal No. 18 &dashl Expand prohibition of illegal "peel back" block to all offensive players (Submitted by Miami)

• Proposal No. 19 ‐ Give an intended defenseless receiver protection in the immediate action following an interception (Submitted by competition committee)

Proposal No. 21 ‐ Make it illegal for a running back to chop block a defenseless opponent outside the tackle box (Submitted by the competition committee)

Instead of tackle we just try capturing the flag all offensive players have to wear the yellow qb practice jersey.
