Jets release Bernard-Converse CB. By my reckoning that leaves us short at the position. Meanwhile the Giants have released Danny DeVito and the Iggles have released Kyle McCord, who at one time was touted as a Jet draft target, so if we want an upgrade on Brady Cook it is available.

I'm not happy with that Bernard-Converse release. They should be trying to sneak him onto the practice squad. Kids a player. Better than Stiggers coverage wise imo.
McCord is the local kid feel good story but imo He's got some talent and some tools.
Might be worth a spot on PS.

Being reported on the rumour mill that Warren OT, B Smith WR, Skinner WR, Watts DE, J Clark S and D Clark S are gone. Not sure what Brandon Smith had to do to make the 53, possibly a victim of Lazard's early return from IR. Though if it was me I would release Lazard.

Cook QB, Edwards RB, Pritchett WR, Levao G, Wiegand G, Jonathan DE, Page DT, Sirmon LB, A Smith LB, Monroe DB, Mevis K.

I guess most of these guys are the ones the Jets hope to reclaim for the Practice Squad.
