but a team like the Steelers or Saints would have to give up good capitol to move up

I would not be shocked if Joe trades 4, especially if a team wants to leapfrog the Giants for their QB. Not sure any of these QBs deserve top 5, but when a team has a hole at QB, they are willing to deal.
