When your opponents know that you can't run the ball against them they only have to play pass defense. Jets better figure the run game out and fix it fast. Like I said...........it's a run based scheme. Next, ///.......Zach better develop his short to intermediate pass accuracy just as quickly. These are obvious faults EVERYBODY, EVERY TEAM, has seen when they watch our tape. It shouldn't be that difficult to fix for crying out loud.
it is not we can't run the ball is we do not attempt to run it consistently...
it is not how affective the run game is, it is not to be predictable but with running back by committee and trying to feature MC the rookie there is a discrepancy from the O.C. on what he is trying to accomplish...
also the bias is in, they want MC to be the feature back but realize he is incapable at this present time to be a constant threat running the ball...
you would figure they would try to incorporate Elijah Moore with Michael Carter in the run game but they hand it off to Braxton Berrios...

but the excuses are starting to bother me...
in London we had a reduced playbook so certain players didn't get ample playing time...
best part of that on key downs the best players were on the sideline...
instead of trying to establish the run they tried to go air borne early and often...
there is no consistency, there is no aggressiveness (run game) in the 1st quarter...
the play calling that is scripted should be trashed before he thinks of creating it on Tuesday...
Although our record is 1-4 and a little disappointing so far, at least the team is competitive. Last year with Gase, it was unwatchable and the team was consistently blown outta games by 20 + points, with not even a ray of hope on a comeback win. This year, we have been in 3 of 5 games with at least a remote chance to win. All in all….. at least its a watchable product
only wanted to see competitive games this season... win or lose as long as individual play improved while building the chemistry and continuity throughout the roster... never expected Wilson to win us games, but hoped he wouldn't be the reason we lose games...
what I expect after the bye week is that the play calling improves the game plan is formulated for the talent on the roster not try to fit a square peg in a round hole...
defense has impressed and they still have to get better working in tandem instead of separate units... they need to feed off each other...
on offense find the running game, to allow Wilson not to have pressure to force the issue...

Couldn't have said it better myself..............well.........maybe I could have but I'm not going to try.
Coaching staff needs to watch game film and implement more of what the team does well in game vs what they do well in practice.
Both sides need to start faster. The D has been as bad as the O to start games.

Dustin Keller was not that good...in fact, I consider him a bust.
Re: the Falcons and Panthers games, the first and second half scores are misleading. Opponents don't make plays when they don't have to. Had our offense performed better in the first halves, it's very likely that our defense wouldn't done as well. With that said, Zach needs to practice more with his receivers.
I agree with this and I don't necessarily blame the dropped passes on his receivers.
