Round 3

SOURCES TELL US

"I'll bet you he will turn into a hot name during the draft. He's kind of unassuming when you see him in person, but he's a really competitive guy who plays bigger and faster than he might test. Coaches are going to love him." -- West regional scout for AFC team

NFL COMPARISON

Allen Hurns

BOTTOM LINE

Hansen has good combination of size and speed for the perimeter with an ability to climb over the top of cornerbacks and win the deep ball. He has average separation quickness when asked to work the first two levels, but he has the hands and strength to handle contested catch situations. An ascending prospect in draft circles who should hear his name called on Day 2 (Rounds 2-3) of the daft with a chance to become a WR2.

2 Safeties, 2 Wide Receivers

opens the door with Jalin Marshall's suspension he could be a roster cut...
looks like Devin Smith enters this preseason on the bubble, shame...
Finally Eric Decker also could be a roster cut entering this season...

Lou, I have no idea what's happening in this year's draft but I don't like these late picks. Odds of us getting contributors are slim.

the good think about this draft is in a lot of positions we need. OL, TE and RB there will be guys in the 5th and 6th that in other years would be 3rd and 4th

Too bad Jake Butt went to the Broncos. Wish he was there in the fifth

Round 4

NFL COMPARISON

Kellen Davis

BOTTOM LINE

Has elite size for the position, but his motor and effort leave a lot to be desired. Despite his size, might not have the attitude necessary to be an in-line blocker on the NFL level. Tape shows a route-runner who could struggle to uncover against quality man coverage. Leggett has traits and talent, but his production was helped along by Clemson's system. Will need a more ramped-up motor to reach his potential.

I'm hoping the picks here are stopping people from jumping off the cliff. Leggett Is a good TE. Hansen may be a good Third for fourth wide receiver.

Im worried that Decker is gone

Leggett was a good pick.

Lazy, by his own admission, but he has the size and talent to be a very good TE when motivated.

For example he had some of his best games in Clemson's biggest games.
