I hate blaming a loss on refs, but they sure called a different set of rules today on each team. You’re right, some contact on our receivers not called, but our boys got flagged for some very questionable contact.
The helmet to helmet on Jefferson was horseshit. Charles Davis called it the right call. No way was that the right call. Whitehead hit him in the shoulder pad. Flag? GTFOH.

The tough part about playing meaningful games in December is the losses feel way worse.
Don’t worry about the Bengals….. their probably going to take the AFC North. With Lamar’s injury, the Ravens may have a problem. The Chargers and the Pats are all we need to worry about. Pats probably have 3 more losses coming (Miami , Cincy and the Bills) put them at 8-9. If Miami beats the Chargers next week, the best they will finish is 10-7, which I highly doubt they wilL win out. If we get to 10 wins, were in. If we had to lose one, today was the one
yep, very much a package deal.. yesterday's loss almost felt surreal for the obvious reasons.. still does..
that 4th & 10 dime white put on davis (who was nice enough to catch it) & this is after getting ****in' blasted the play before!! he was clearly shaken up & still threw the best ball of his life.. pretty epic.. white is a dude..
very tough loss...but not a discouraging one in my view.. off to buffalo for a game they will be beyond ready willing & able for an NFL ground shaking win..

It's safe to conclude that this team is better when they are successful playing complimentary situational football. If one phase of the team struggles early, or falls behind two or more scores at halftime, they're forced into playing aggressive instead of balanced which really is their strength. The play of the starting QB is the weekly question that needs a consistent answer. Whether it's someone on the roster or one that has to be pursued remains to be seen. But that is the determining dilemma here on out. White is the present. Who is the future? That will be better resolved in the off season. It's on Joe Douglas plate. But the opponents now know that a fast start is key to bleeding us dry. The defense plays solid but no turnovers result is losses. The difference between good and elite are defensive scores.
look it should have been made.......Jets don't have a great hands guy yet...AS Gas said they should have picked up one this off season.....Big mistake by the GM
They tried to get Tyreek Hill. He didn't want to play for the Jets. Tyreek Hill wouldn't have made Zach Wilson better. Not many QB's get one and a half drafts geared towards helping them. Was JD perfect? Not even close, but IMO he tried. This team lost to a 9-2 team on the road. This loss was awful and disappointing, but if we play better in all phases of the game we beat that team. The Jets are a team learning how to win and growing together especially with Mike White at QB. We may find out this is the best they can be with White, but if WR's can the ball White throws for 500 yards yesterday. Personally I'm going to ride this rollercoaster until they are eliminated. Hopefully we can win 4 out of 5 to guarantee a spot in the playoffs. Beating Buffalo would be epic. This team has a good defense not elite yet so we have to be better on offense which for the last two weeks we have been. I like how this team has responded all season to losses especially crushing ones like yesterday.

Impossible to not blame refs when we can’t seem to get fairly officiated game. They seem flat out incapable of calling games evenly on both sides
Hill would have been fantastic but Garrett Wilson is a stud IMO! We finally have a #1 WR!
Hey we lost yesterday in a dozen different ways. We didn’t execute when we had to and we are still literally 1 drop pass from winning that game. Hey I know there are no moral victories in December, but hey this extremely young football team showed the world that even not playing anywhere close to their best football that they can beat anyone on any given day.
Key is, we have to learn from the mistakes and not repeat them.
There’s only 1 guy who can throw it anywhere and whoever his receiver is will always make an amazing catch. Even he once threw a pass that was dropped. Of course Wes Welker was off the team after that drop
