for me it simply comes down to whether Sam gets time....if he does, long day for Miami. If he's under siege again, gonna be an ugly close game.

I watched Miami vs the Steelers and they were playing good, inspired football.

I think that the Jets defense, even though banged up, can handle Fitz and company but in order to win the Jets will have to be able to convert 3rd downs and score points. That means that the offense has to protect Sam and open holes for Bell which is something that so far they have been extremely inept at doing. " IF " they suddenly come out of their slumber and play well it's a win for us. I'm hopeful that they will but I'm not holding my breath.

This season, the O line has looked more like the walking dead than just slumbering. Sadly, I think their body of play Sunday will once again disintegrate into something like this:

The biggest criticism for management is how they went into this year without drastically improving the O line, especially as they sucked last season. Who really believed bringing in a retired center at home on the couch was going to magically transform everything?

Well, in all fairness you have to take into consideration how bad play was at that position when they did it and even though retired, for one year, he had a good resume. At least they were moving in the right direction of trying to fix the broken unit.

I don't think it will be that close. I expect one team to be hot and one team have a really sucky day and it will be a blowout. I don't dare guess which team is which but I'll be watching with baited breath and a suitable beverage. Loser pretty much plays the rest of the season for fun and practice.

Ryan Fitzmagic always plays harder and smarter against his former teams, so if Adams is still feeling hurt he will mail it in, not to mention who is playing Middle Linebacker for us means the middle of the field is wide open...

I also think all of our games from here on out should be featured just to showcase how inept Adam Gase really is...

No matter the outcome, CJ will not reverse his idea of what Gase should be to this team and Sam just because he believes that he had a hand in the victory that Peyton Manning gave him when he coached oh mean held the clipboard for him...

again as much as I didn't want him they won't can him after this season...

we are stuck with Gase for at least two more seasons, so buckle in because it is going to be a fucking bumpy ride... not to mention all the new gifs that will be made on behalf of the Jets and Gase...

I do expect some not all but some players after this season will ask to either be traded or released from their contracts...

the only way I can see Gase being fired "IF" Sam Darnold gets seriously injured between now and the end of the season... The QB Guru gets the franchised QB hurt, then proves he is not that guy...

Respect your opinion, but if the Jets win only 2 or 3 games I think the pressure will be too much for the Johnson boobs to ignore. Unlike the old days, firing a HC after only one year is no longer an oddity.

Dnot forget canning him means paying for 3 head coaches next season, and with our luck, we'll pay for 3 and there won't be a decent one in the bunch

I 'll ask again, how are we going to protect Sam? Did we sign an offensive line for this game? We have been doing so well without one, why sign one now?
