Certainly reasonable. He has swagger, too, though that comes with questions about maturity. He's not a prototype, but some of the more successful young QBs to enter the league recently also haven't been prototypes.

You'd ideally put accuracy above all else, but it doesn't really hurt him much with that completion percentage.

Reminds me of a young Drew Brees. Doesn't have ideal size, but he has swagger and he can fling it, he's a gunslinger.
