I have a former co-worker who is a big Giants fan and the only time I hear from him is when the Pats beat the Jets. After the Geno punch he sent me a pic of the old newspaper cover with Rex and Sanchez in the clown car next to the Giants in their Mercedes with their trophies. I said nothing.

Last night I posted on his Facebook wall " who's driving the clown car tonight??"

He was furious.

Felt so good

Is it wrong of me to be consumed with joy not only because the Giants lost, not only because they lost and we won, but because they lost in excruciating fashion which started with Coughlin electing to throw on 3rd and Goal which essentially gave Dallas just the sliver of life they needed to STICK IT to the Giants?

As much as it is nice that we don't have to hear from the self-absorbed Blue Giant that forces us to share a stadium with their lucky (or in this case unlucky) butts, I am more concerned that the whole damn AFC East looked pretty beastly in week 1. That is 6 regular season games. We don't play the Giants in one meaningful game.
It will be interesting to see Buffalo vs the Jets. That is what I am looking forward to.

Oh... the better question is..... Is it wrong that I am hoping that Suh goes homicidal on Tom "I accidently broke my phone" Brady? I have never wanted to see a player hurt in all of sports... not until that arrogant bastard snubbed his nose in the face of the league. Karma is a *****.

My Christmas wishlist... 1. Suh knocks Brady out for the next year and then gets suspended for a season for it happening post play!

honestly i don't have any problems with the giants. i actually dislike the cowboys much more than the giants.

plus the guy i was playing in fantasy football this week has jason witten, so that f- up by the giants could possibly cost me MY game.

throwing was not an issue, but the "elite" Eli should have known to just sit down if the receiver is not wide open. Dallas tried really really hard to lose that game.

I really don't care. What is really consuming me is the Bills totally DOMINATING the Colts. If our CS has even half a brain, they should know that Rex Ryan just gave Todd Bowles a virtual blueprint of how to not only beat them, but to do it in convincing fashion. To leave the Colts with NO hope.

I don't care, but no one here is going to tell me that the Jets cannot do that very same thing to the Colts. We have a BETTER defense overall. MAYBE our DL is not quite a as good? But we make up for it in our secondary.

We have BETTER offensive personnel as far as I am concerned. Better receivers, better QB, comparable RB's and comparable OL.

WE CAN BEAT THE COLTS!!!

Two teams I hate with a passion and that's the Pats and Giants. Three teams I truly dislike and that's the Phins, Steelers and Bills (Bills might end up in that hate with a passion category now that they have Rex and just might be a very good team this year).

What makes it even sweeter is how Coughlin literally snatched defeat from the jaws of victory.

If he runs the ball on 3rd & Goal, either they run it in for a TD and ice the game, or take another 40 seconds off the clock then kick a FG, leaving Dallas with not nearly enough time to march downfield and score a TD.

That was one of the all-time coaching blunders, total brain-lock.

Kinda like the Seahawks passing on the goal line in the SB.

Being a native NYer I have too many loved ones who are Giant fans I will never hope they beat the Jets but againts almost anyone else I wish them no harm as long as it does not hurt the Jets

I feel exactly the same way. The Cheats are the team I truly dislike. Giants even brought me a lot of joy by beating them in two Super Bowls.

I don't really care much either way about the Giants. Teams I dislike a lot more.

Giants fans can be annoying when they are on top, but so be it.
