And two of the four (McDougle and Dozier) stink. They'll be gone by this time next year at the latest, if not tomorrow when there are waiver claims. Only Pryor and Enunwa are here for the long haul.
Dozier has a role on special teams... He is safe for now...
As for McDougle, he is likely the next one gone...

Must be in their first three seasons, and must pass waivers. They also changed, I think, the name to Developmental Squad, and it's larger than it used to be.

the tight end situation is not as bad as everyone making it out to be...
FB formerly LB could end up being TE Julian Howsare 6'3" 255 lb player a willing able blocker who can catch...
Along with aggressive receiver turned H-Back Quincy Enunwa these two could definitely hold down this position(s)...
Kellen Davis is just a blocking tight end, while Brandon Bostick still unclear if he makes the 53... But if Bostick sticks he would be considered the 4th on this roster behind those three... Still believe the Jets will sign or claim a TE to replace Bostick or even Davis if they find one they truly like...

remember I have stated he has all the talent in the world but being the breakable athlete he is he will never see field and it was smart by this regime to just cut him eat the guaranteed dollars and give his roster spot to someone who will actually contribute to the team's success...
Mickey F'n Shuler is the last time we had a talented TE.....Fred Baxter was okay but other than that we had flop after flop.

Out of all the releases i though Tommy bo was the one that surprised me. It is what it is as they say.
