At 20? I think so, yes. But I doubt Maccagnan does. Too many other factors, like ownership and the team's image. Woody is sensitive to that whole "circus" talk.

Agreed, thats the one I can't see him getting past because they desperately need to protect Luck and Tunsil is a franchise LT talent.
