this shit show has to stop... the offensive line can not do the simple task of passing off defenders to each other and we want our franchise boy when healthy to sit back behind this crap show and hope he doesn't get killed... the worst defense with sacks in the league posted double digit against this offensive line, and things will be different with Sam under center?

pity rushing attempts at the end of the game for both Montgomery and Powell, and they showed more production with those few snaps than this offense with Bell showed all game...

something needs to change, either the entire roster needs to join Gase and snort some coke so they all can live in his dream world or this team needs to have players held accountable for the shit show they are displaying on game day...

so great we get Chris Herndon and Brandon Copeland back not going to make a difference when the offensive line keeps opening up lanes for 18 wheelers to pass through...

all honesty Brian Winters is done, Kalil should of stayed retired and Beachum needs to turn in his roller skates since he has been in reverse since the start of the season...

Douglas has a few options, and needs to find something with hope otherwise whats the point?

I totally agree and let me remind everyone who said that Beachum and Winters aren't really that bad that I've been saying forever that they both need to be replaced because they absolutely are that bad. Instead of bringing Kalil out of retirement they should have gone after Mangold if they were picking up a retired center. He would have been heads and tails better.

I remember when some posters who have stopped posting asked us Mac haters will we give Mac credit for this roster if they make the playoffs. Well I will give Mac full credit for destroying this franchise. He slowly built a bottom 5 roster, then a bottom 3 and now the worst roster in the league. Douglas has Darnold and that's it right now. Bell will be gone after next year if he doesn't ask for a trade sooner. Mosley will be gone in a couple years or possibly still dealing with his "groin injury". Adams should be traded before the league figures out he is overrated. And that is all the assets we have.

You're right, it's completely incomprehensible. Without a shred of sarcasm (very difficult for me), I truly believe Gase, Douglas, and the players they selected for our roster this season really are that bad. No one put those players on the field other than Gase and the GMs. And let's not forget that in reality Gase acted as BOTH the HC and GM.

I could argue that maybe it's some kind of Cubs-level curse or that the Creator has our plight in his/her grand plan for world unity. But there are times when you just need to see what's right in front of you. And what I see/have seen since I started watching this team 50+ years ago is that we somehow nearly always hire astoundingly inept/unqualified people. As well as make head-scratching decisions at the ownership level, such as hiring recently fired HCs like Kotite and Gase.

For once without just blowing out a suggestion in anger TCT, I can honestly say I agree with this. This might actually work! Maybe not a long term solution but something to save face for right now. To bad this wouldn’t happen though. Gase just got hired this year. So hang on, this will most likely be a very long and bumpy 2-3 year run at the least.

You can't tell me that no matter how manner pro bowlers you put on the O line that our O line can't stop a nose bleed! Yet the Pats can throw any bum off the street on their line and they never miss a beat (Brady has all day to throw and you can't get anywhere near him).

Osemele has been All Pro, Kalil has been All Pro, the line has a combined 30+ years of NFL experience, there should be no deer in the headlights rookies out there. It's not just that they are getting beat individually, most of the times they look as if they don't even know what the assignments are

Gase just looks inept! Guy is just lost out there. Game plans stink and there are no in game adjustments.

Douglas you have to give him 3 years or so as the GM. He inherited this team so in all fairness he can't be blamed for the "talent & depth issue". So a couple of drafts, couple of free agencies and then you can start to gauge how he is doing.
