Douglas gets a longer leash. He has to have to time to fix this complete disaster of a roster that Mac built.I thought this was a 7-9 to 8-8 at best roster. As shitty as this roster is they can't overcome shitty gameplans. Once Darnold and Herndon return that should make the OL look way better. And if/when Mosley decides to return then the defense will get their leader back. Copeland will help as well. If Gase can't get them to play well with all those reinforcements then he deserves to be fired during the season.
