of pick whichever HOFer you want. Do I think that he’s going to be a HOFer, I don’t know and personally don’t give a flying fuck. He’s not our QB. My point here is that he looks like he the savior of the Giants and they have potentially one upped us again. Do I think he’s better then Darnold, “No I don’t” but it will just be the Giants luck and our curse that he is. We need Darnold to stay on the freaking field and maybe he’ll prove his worth and I believe he will. No fault of his own that he’s missed games both years and playing around complete garbage but I’m so freaking tired of being teased or just absolutely let down by this damn team. Come on Darnold and come on Jets!!!

I knew Jet fans would be upset by the way Jones looked. Still one game, but the Giants are and always will be a better organization than the Jets. I live in Dallas so I know what its like to envy an organization.

Don’t misunderstand what I’m saying here, in no way shape form or fashion am I saying or insinuating that Jones is or will be better than Darnold. Please forgive me if I’m giving that impression. It’s just frustrating that the Giants can’t move the ball for damn near three years with Eli but Jones comes in and, BOOM. Mean while, we all can see the potential in Darnold but we just can’t get there yet. Whether it’s because of the team around him, the coaching staff or injuries/illness. Darnold will be a great one I have no doubt in that but being that he’s a Jet, it’s going to very hard sledding in getting there.

Note: on top of that or icing on the cake rather, if Jones is the real deal all that means is the Giants will just keep winning. While we’ll most likely keep on struggling!

Second game and Daniel Jones looks pretty good. Not comparing him to Darnold or even hinting at the thought of Jones being better the Darnold. It’s just the fact that the #6 pick that 85% of the world thought the Giants screwed up on is playing like a mixture of Marino and Elway. I believe in my heart that Darnold will be better or at least just as good as Jones but this just shows where our luck lies. While Darnold is out for Mono, probably the first NFL player in history to miss games for this, Jones is flourishing like he’s a football God.

Couple weeks ago Eli had the chance to score if he could turn the corner and get into the end zone. Not a friggin' chance. It looked like he was pulling a wagon and got stopped short. Jones gives the Giants that dimension of a running QB, which also opens up play action. Agree the kid looks good so far.

Two NFL teams nonetheless. I’m not expecting him to be all world against everyone but he’s making it happen so far. That’s probably just strictly karma rubbing in our faces because we are the other NY team. If the otherNY team was the Patriots or Steelers or Packers then Jones would have thrown 10 ints, fumbled 10 times and got sacked about 40 times by now. That’s my point here.
