RookieBeen a fan since 1982. I’d say that’s long enough. I have to believe that sooner or later, our luck is gonna change. I’d rather it happen now than later!

Big Moe rookies like jets82 just don't get it. do you realize that Big Moe got up at 4:30 in the morning to milk cows delivered ice to homes late at night and went all week without lunch money just to buy a ticket. He had to walk 12 miles each way to get to the game by the end of the year he had cardboard in his shoes. At halftime under the stands he would shine shoes just to buy a cold pretzel for the walk home. He wore a burlap sack died green to show his pride of the New York Jets.Yea look up the record of the Jets decade thru the 70sc
I sat on metal bleachers thru all that and kept on believing
I can’t anymore
Even though I don’t believe a single WORD of any of this, I must admit I didn’t go through any of this and I wouldn’t allow myself too. Week after week loss after loss the school psychiatrist suggested that he not follow the Jets anymore but as a true fan he marched on year after year. His first taste of Wheaties was not until 1969 because it was The breakfast of champions he refused to eat it until then.
So I guess these young fans with this lavish tailgate parties and heated seats will never understand it.
