Ham, if they are going to win this game, they must get a running game going

I'd keep pounding it at em'. Just my opinion.

True, but after Davis went out, and they already had three of their TOP 4 CB's out before they lost their #1 , it was criminal to let them off the hook and run on 1st and 2nd down in scoring territory. That was the time to really get aggressive and go for the jugular by attacking their depleted secondary. Until then I loved what Gailey was doing in this game, heck, in both games, but he did the Colts an enormous favor to close out the half. Bowles is not without blame. He's the HC and he should have told Gailey, their #1 CB went out and that makes their TOP 4 CB's out of this game, lets attack their secondary here on every down and see if we can't put another TD on the board before the half.

Bottom line, they picked an awful time to get conservative. We had the match-ups and didn't exploit them.

Defense is doing what they do and the Offense is playing conservative but that is what they have to do also. We are OK; discipline! We are a defensive powerhouse.

Exactly! Let's keep exploring their remaining corners, and then maybe a few running lanes will open at that point.

I disagree, FLG, you certainly come into the game with that mindset, but when their #1 CB goes out, and they were already without 2, 3 and 4, you have to adjust your thinking and exploit the mismatches. Believe me, thats what Belichick would have done, and not only because he has Tom Brady. Smart coaches exploit mismatches in this league. I believe these are smart coaches, but they had brain-lock to close out that half, they did the Colts an enormous favor.
