QB’s throw INT’s

Just ask Josh Allen. Mr. Eite QB.

Now maybe fans can calm down when their QB throws a few picks in a game.

Jets win. Despite shitty run blocking for 3 quarters. Zach was awesome today. What happened to the Jets getting smashed in this game? Remember how the Jets we’re going to get hammered today?

Any given Sunday. So sweet.

Maybe so but it’s the type of interception that’s a concern with Wilson. Come on man the guy threw an interception throwing the ball out of bounds .

Fans state the obvious and make excuses. We are getting to the time where excuses are not enough. Either you get it or you don't.

Those 2 int’s by Allen were not even close to anyone. We had him baffled I guess

I look at this team from a wider lense, including Wilson. If he starts having blocks of games where he’s throwing bad INT’s like the NE game, I become concerned. But after one game against a defensive mastermind like Belichick? I don’t overreact. We all knew Wilson was going to have bumps in the road while learning to play at this level.

My main point was that even QB’s who are elite throw INT’s. Allen faced a good defense today and look what happened.

Yup and it should have three INTs but for our DB having hands like a toilet seat. And I guarantee no one would have been screaming for his head like our fanbase does.

I mentioned this in another thread and got shit all over for it because I was somehow comparing Wilson to Allen. I mentioned that Allen also had a tough start to his career, accurate statement. Funny thing is that on yesterday's broadcast, they posted the comparison of Allens and Wilson's first 18 games and it couldn't have been any closer. I think you need to put this stuff in perspective when looking at young players, and stop being so damn sure that someone is a bust or a superstar after such a small sample size. Am I saying that Wilson will be a superstar, not at all. All I am saying is that I don't have a crystal ball.

Whitehead. Right through his hands. Would’ve been a two pack for the day. Wilson will not be given any breaks on a 3 INT game unless he becomes Josh Allen-like. I guarantee you that the Bills Mafia isn’t talking about the INT’s. They’re shrugging it off and looking forward to the Dec 11 game at Orchard Park for revenge.

That’s my 50th birthday. It would be quite a birthday present if we beat them again.

IMHO the Jets are 4 or 5 players at Linebacker and the Offensive line at being a great team. Wilson will never be in a class like Herbet, Luck, Allen, Burrows, etc. I list him as an average to good QB. I believe his game yesterday had a lot to with Lafleur letting go of the apron strings while letting Wilson play his own game.

I understand. I figured belichick would have Zach confused too. Just hope he can’t do it again. Yes. Everyone can have a bad day. I’m an overeacter

You don’t think fans of all the other teams that haven’t been to a Super Bowl since 1969 scream for heads just like us?

I wonder how many people are serious when they say Zach is a bust already. I write it off to frustration. Besides it doesn’t really matter what any of us say or think

I'd be more concerned about the 2nd INT and almost 3rd that Josh threw rather than his first.......those throws were feet grounded and clean motion......it was bad read. For Zach's sake, his big mistakes come from backfoot crap - his eyes/brain are sound making a clean throw....that should be the big takeaway and give hope. You're not talking meathead Darnold who had and still has too many WTF throws in a clean pocket.

You might be right about Wilson. But that chapter hasn’t been written yet. We’ll see.

You're correct, you don't know nor does anyone else. To say he will never be in the class of those QBs is just an opinion and like A$#@$s, everyone has one. Besides, why would anyone want to be like a QB who hasn't won a super bowl yet ;)

The year that led to SB III (1968 season) Joe Namath had 15 TDs, 17 INTs and a 49.2 % Comp. Pct.
They had a good defense and good running game.
Joe didn't have to be a mad bomber. (Or Mad Bomber, if you wish)
Just sayin'.
