Do we take a look at him as coach? I think he'd be a good candidate.
Generally I think it's a good idea to do the opposite of whatever Snyder does. In this case if Snyder fires Gruden, it's a difficult decision. On the one hand Snyder would have fired him. On the other hand, just last year, he hired him.
Maybe we just hire Rob Ryan and see how that goes.
But seriously, Gruden's contract is pretty much guaranteed, and I think at this point Snyder is very concerned about the coaching carousel and creating an image of stability. Interesting how Gruden got him to guarantee the contract and now has Snyder pretty much cornered. They have a decision to make by May. My understanding is that in May, RG3 gets his 2015 contract guaranteed at $3.3 million and 2016 contract guaranteed at $18 million.
