he focused on working his legs which are evident in that picture but he did bulk up throughout his body after his rookie season he does not want to fade throughout the long grueling season.Did he put on a few pounds and muscles up quite a bit?
I’m noticing all of that but I’m just curious how much weight did he actually put on? I believe he was 214 pounds last year but what is he now? I’m sure he’s not 230, that would be ridiculous but he looks like he’s about 220 now. At the least!he focused on working his legs which are evident in that picture but he did bulk up throughout his body after his rookie season he does not want to fade throughout the long grueling season.
No. 2 weight 222! heading into his 2nd year!I’m noticing all of that but I’m just curious how much weight did he actually put on? I believe he was 214 pounds last year but what is he now? I’m sure he’s not 230, that would be ridiculous but he looks like he’s about 220 now. At the least!
Seriously, that’s pretty impressive! Good shit Zach! Now show and prove on the field better results and we’re on our way to much happier days in Jets land! No. 2 weight 222! heading into his 2nd year!
22 TDs and 2 picks.No. 2 weight 222! heading into his 2nd year!

EXACTLY!!!Jets can play respectable football with Flacco - it's the added dimensions that Zach's skillset bring to the next level......once he conquers the first level
Yes but take him off the field at his current development and insert Flacco and how much of a drop off is it behind our line with our new roster ?Jets can play respectable football with Flacco - it's the added dimensions that Zach's skillset bring to the next level......once he conquers the first level
at heading into 2023 with a starting receiver trio of G Wilson, E Moore and Mims with Berrios +, this team will be set at the position for a few yrs .agreed..Legs will make for a better base. I wouldn't want him to bulk up too much in the upper body. I don't want it to mess with his throwing motion.
